Looking at the recent CI/CD runs, I believe the following actions will need to be updated from v2 to v3:
actions/cache@v2
actions/checkout@v2
actions/upload-artifact@v2
I believe there's some time before this becomes critical (looks like June 1st 2023 is a deadline); but, I'm hoping this is an easy change. I think I can take a look at this today or tomorrow (though, not intending this as calling dibs if someone else is interested :) )
