It was reported by Stephen Salser on the QuTiP mailing list that the formulas for the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle in Lecture 9 are incorrect (the standard deviations for x and p are squared when they should not be).
I think Stephan is correct, so I have filed this PR on his behalf.
The lecture remains linked from the QuTiP tutorials, so it would be nice to fix this so as not to confuse people reading them.
