add Catphan 500 and rotate CTP515 in Catphan 600 #320

Added Catphan 500 Added CTP401, use 50mm spacing air/teflon pins to determine rotation, because there is only one air insert in 401. (also suggest to do this way on CTP404, because one of the air inserts may be filled with water)

use a rotated CTP515 in Catphan 500 and 600
