GUI v3.8 #434

Hi there,

I'm trying to use pylinac v.3.8 and I'm not able to invoke the gui using the previous command. Has it changed anything from the previous versions? If so, advise, please.

The GUI has not been supported for quite some time and I finally removed it. You can remain on an older version to keep the GUI.
