Suggestion to Update `GTEST_GIT_TAG` in jrl-cmakemodules to Reflect Changes in googletest Repository #699

According to the googletest "Live at Head" announcement (see here), the master branch is no longer maintained. I suggest changing the GTEST_GIT_TAG in the jrl-cmakemodules repository (see this link) to main or to another specific version.
