Python bindings? #3

If you guys are interested in providing Python bindings for your GoldfarbIdnaniSolver, I'd be very happy to add them to the qpsolvers suite :grinning:

Python bindings are not on my priority list so far, in part because the API is not stabilized. But I keep this option in mind for later.
