Add the is_simulation property #25

Condition the output of LoopDt warnings to this being false

Closes #24

Note: this needs the property to be set in the relevant sim scripts

@gergondet Thank you, I would appreciate it if you could make the same changes to the script for the HRP robots in hrp-choreonoid.

@mmurooka this was done and merged in hrp-choreonoid for all robots this supports
