Add mount -t tmpfs -o size=100m /mnt/ramdisk/ explanation to improve unit testing performance on Debian system (Fedora filesystem) and also have a ramdisk creation script with root rights http://askubuntu.com/questions/167847/how-to-run-bash-script-as-root-with-no-password

Add that it is needed to run scripts/generate_dummy_css.sh for unit testing.
