Able to push to CDash
Enable submission after running without submit
Removed {Build,Coverage,Glob,MemCheck,Submit,Test}.cmake.in
Updated example
Clang formatting
removed build.sh
Updated CMake to 3.13.1
Added main.py for directly executing cmake, ctest, and cpack
Added pycpack (not currently built)
Created ASCII art for PyCTest
