Playlist rewriting is unintuitive behaviour #19

This one is somewhat of a personal opinion.  With mirage 0.3, once a the
currently playing song gets near the end (60% played, I hear), the last 5
songs on the playlist are regenerated and a new one added.

I find this behaviour strange.  I expect the playlist to indicate the order
in which songs will be played (or, at least, that a song on the playlist
will be played!).  The rewriting of the playlist breaks this expectation.

I think I would prefer it if the current song finishing (or reaching 60%)
just added a single new song related to the current one on the end of the
playlist.  I'm unsure why the current behaviour was chosen, so there may
some pitfall in my desired behaviour that I haven't seen.
