A track removed manually should not be re-added by mirage #22

if a song appears I clearly don't want, selecting remove song from playlist
should send a clear message to mirage not to put it back on this specific
playqueue.

This is also related to Issue 9, when different versions of a track are 
available, a
sightly different version of the song shows up in the playlist shortly after.

I just committed the part of Wade's patch that fixes this, with some 
modifications.
