reset playlist should be part of the tools menu

The tools menu should include a "reset playlist" entry so user don't clear
the index, unintentionally. 

The right click on playlist was not obvious to me, so I used the Tools
menu. Of course, I read the warning and ignored it in the absence of an
alternative for clearing the playlist.

I realized that this issue tracker is for the "unofficial plugins". OK, this
report is for Mirage.

The "Clear playlist" option on right click is the same as for the banshee play 
queue.

But a "Clear playlist" entry should be easy to add to the "Tools > Mirage" menu.

In r94 I added a "Clear" (and "Save as Playlist") button to the the icon bar of 
the
Mirage Playlist Source. This should make clearing the playlist very easy.

So only the very rare actions of resetting the index and rescanning are in the 
Tools.
