mirage should not re-insert a track into the playlist if it is manually removed

To reproduce
1. Use mirage to generate an automatic playlist
2. Manually remove a track ( because I don't like it )

What actually happens when you follow these steps?
removed track is replayed after next song

What would you expect to happen when you follow them?
Track is blacklisted by mirage for the current playlist and never re-played

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
banshee 1.4.3 mirage 0.4.0 Ubuntu 9.04
