Update lopdf to v0.24.0 #20

First of all, thanks for making this library!

I'm integrating it into a tool that compiles to WASM, but lopdf 0.23.0 doesn't compile to WASM.

This was fixed in lopdf (https://github.com/J-F-Liu/lopdf/commit/d4fa2c29a42ae654c92d2597d3850ad503e638cd) and the change was released in 0.24.0
