Added remaining unused colors to economist theme #152

Addition of remaining colors from ggthemes_data$economist$fg to fix error:

Warning in check_pal_n(n, max_n) : This palette can handle a maximum of 9 values.You have supplied 10.

Noticed that light green is included twice in this list.
