theme_few() colors don't match RGB scale from "Show Me the Numbers" #89

In appendix I at the end of the book, Few has the RGB scales for his light, medium, and dark palettes. These don't match the colors used in ggthemes.

What are those numbers? I based the themes off of the article-version that's the cited in the documentation.
