Crash on start

App version: A2.1 or main ? 2.8.6
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to start the app, "Unfortunately, A2DP Volume has stopped.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know, because the app won't run :P
Please provide any additional information below.
Same symptoms when it was installed on stock ICS 4.04
