What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. (MP3) music name reading endlessly.

Sometimes you need to restart the accessibility service for configuration
changes to take effect. Try this:

1) Uncheck all your music player apps in the "apps for accessibility" menu.
2) Go to Android settings -> accessibility and disable A2DP Volume in
accessibility. Close the A2DP Volume app. (in A2DP Volume go to menu -> exit.
3) Go back to Android settings -> accessibility and enable A2DP Volume again.
4) start A2DP volume app.

I think one of the real issues here is A2DP Volume is not intended to read out ongoing notifications like that.
