Environment: VZW Samsung S7 Edge SM-G935V, patch level 2017-06-09 (Nougat), A2DP Volume Service 2.12.9.1

Description: Something has happened recently. I can't say for sure if it's the latest security patch, or if the latest version of AD2P Volume Service has disturbed this stack.

  1. When I reboot my phone, my connected devices (LG HBS920 and LG G Watch R) both show correctly. Some time later (this is variable), A2DP Volume Service no longer displays a double-asterisk next to these devices in my device list. To confirm, TTS does not work to my headset.

  2. Next, I stop and restart the service. The devices still show as disconnected.

  3. Next, I uninstall and reinstall the application. No joy. The devices still show as disconnected.

  4. Next, I stop the Bluetooth stack, wait for a calm 15 second count and then restart it. TA-DA, the devices reappear. TTS works. At least, for a while...

I still get music over the headset, and my AW watch still interacts properly with the phone. But this service is no longer "in the loop" with respect to the BT stack.

Like I said, this is a relatively recent development, like within the last eight weeks. Hopefully this is an easy one to fix. Thanks in advance.

There were several bugs introduced over the last 18 months or so. I think I fixed most of them now in 2.12.10 and up. I have a alpha testing now and plan to move to beta after translations are added.
