Location capture progress notification not always closing #275

Some devices are experiencing an issue where the progress bar notification completes but stays. It should close after completing. I have not been able to duplicate this on Motorola devices, nor can I get it to happen in the emulators. It happened on a Pixel 2 but not on the Pixel 2 emulator. We need to capture some data with LogCat when this happens to help troubleshoot this issue.

Please test with 2.12.11.8 as I am pretty sure that fixed this issue. We tested on one of the devices having this problem and it is now fixed.
