Please add dark mode if someone gets a chance.

Thanks for the work on this. I have not touched the app in over a year. At this point I am not likely to do any more work on it. The nature of the app is such that the user does not spend much time at all in the UI. You configure it and pretty much forget it from there. So I don't see much value in any UI enhancements. Feel free to fork it and move forward.
