Create mock data to feed into app #7

We've already decided that we'd start with mock data and, if we have the time, build out the functionality to pull it dynamically from the web. For now we'll need the actual mock data.

This issue can be marked complete. The newly flightinfo.json file will serve as the mock input data if needed.
