In average american emission comparison, show result in terms of months if less than one year #9

Currently, if it would take an average American less than one year to emit the same amount as a jet trip, it's shown as 0.xxxxxxxxxxxx years. Instead, I want to round to the nearest number of months. If t >1 year, I want to limit the number of decimal places to 2.
