Add the functionality to copy pads #12

With this extension, an etherpad object on ILIAS can be copied. In this case, the copy creates a new pad automatically. @see https://docu.ilias.de/goto_docu_frm_2528_6820.html

Thank you! In a very early version I had implemented this by also copying the contents of the origin pad (just texts and not user assignments). And this was always a data protection vs. what to lecturers expect issue for me. Some will expect a carbon copy (problematic) and some will only want to have the structure (your solution). I think this is an unproblematic solution - but it will generate questions by some lecturers.
