Added -d option. Seems otherwise would not run the debugger properly...

Sorry to ignore you for such a long time, you never left my TODO list but so did other things as well...

However, to explain my problem publicly:

I'm unsure what to do in several orthogonal dimensions.

Somehow this patch should go upstream to ilyaz, who in turn seems to not have done anything on cperl-mode in the last 3 years.

In this repository here there is no single branch that really would be the official master. They are either just tracking upstream or individual extensions.

Than in turn you probably have a reason for you patch and it will not hurt and if it hurts someone then at least we know for sure.

Therefore I will now simply merge the pull request to make any progress.

Then again I am not the original owner of the repository.

sigh How can a project be that hard... Is it just me? ("or is it mimecom?")

@jrockway: don't hit me too hard if that was wrong. Just tell and/or revert.

Seems fine to me. We need to start contributing our master to GNU Emacs so that there is one less branch to track.
