Parts not showing up in KSP 1.8.1 #8

I have made sure all prerequisites are installed but the procedural missile parts are not there.

Can you check if you can find them in Pods, Utilities and Propulsion categories?

no they are not but some parts do show up when i sort by diameter i the special filter setting. could it be tweak scale disregarding theses parts?
