Glitch with surface things #19

So I've noticed that a vessel that is either in orbit or sub-orbital, and passes over something on the ground, it renders the vessel that is on the ground as the vessel in focus on the screen. Sometimes if it's a base, it'll take the place of the vessel in orbit, or it'll take the place of the vessel in orbit but in a million pieces. If the surface item is something like a resource lode (from MKS), the resource lode ends up in space traveling at 4 Mm/s. Basically, I can't have an orbital vessel in focus if it is going to be in physics range of something non-stock on the surface or the game glitches out.

The building on the ground had a part from the Orbital Colony mod and the resource lodes are from MKS. It seems like stock vessels are ok.

I don't really have a fix for this at this moment. You can try to mitigate this with:

  1. Disable terrain extender settings in settings.cfg
  2. Reducing the PRE range to something like 50 km.
