Random vehicle switching in orbit #25

i've never met this issue without PRE. its been ruining a lot of my missions recently too

so, when PRE loads a vehicle (even debris) there's a small chance that something will cause me to switch to the vehicle/debris that just got loaded. though it may switch back to the original vehicle 2 seconds later and not start an unplanned rapid disassembly, usually it doesnt switch back, and i get stuck with that vehicle/debris just falling down onto kerbin that was casually landed on the ground 5 seconds ago. in that case i cant switch back on my own since the vehicle/debris is moving in atmosphere, so i have to go to the tracking station which reverts the game to an autosave. usually its no problem and i revert back to launch or continue again from a quicksave, but its still annoying nontheless.

after some testing: this issue occurs most frequently in low orbits (renders timewarp unusable) much less frequent with orbital debris unless you have a high speed relative to them (more frequent load-ins and load-outs?)

also found something funny image this thing is now apparently landed on tracking station mid-interplanetary space with an orbital speed of 14429669.9m/s it WAS on the tracking station, then this issue does this
