Fixes bugs:

Capitalized prefixed terms are not searchable.

Bug was related to this: For a user-defined prefix (starting with 'X') the prefix and value are seperated with a ":" if the value starts with a capital letter or ":" to resolve ambiguity. To fix it you still need to reinitialize the complete xapers database.

Thank you very much for this patch @klgunst ! This is a long standing issue that I've been meaning to fix.

I've actually been primarily developing over at gitlab, but I think I can still merge this hear and sync back over there. I'll try to get to this asap.
