[ ] Desal Plant produces RFPR | RCYC | GRVL, so need to do some new checks
[x] also, removing WOOD and RFPR from Dist Center, so comment-out checks:
Lumber Mill -> Dist Center -> Lumber Mill
Forest -> Dist Center -> Lumber Mill
