Within OSF, there are directories for:
nces-data
facebook-page-nces-id-crosswalk
Should these be directories within data, like (possibly; see #4) for districts and schools, or should these be in a separate, public folder?
data

If these were in a separate, public folder, could we change what is presently in data to be data-raw, and then make a public data folder?

I think I'm okay with sharing both the NCES and crosswalk data publicly, but welcome ideas and input! Thoughts @datalorax ?
