double rule id's #26

Hi, can you take a look at https://bitbucket.org/cgzones/ossec-hids/changeset/1cbb139815f420c8934b96b10884b84dcdc6a874. First ossec will not start, because there are two rules with the same rule id (in openbsd rules)

Thanks! The patch has been integrated. Now OSSEC checks for double rule id's and log ERROR in ossec.log to show which rule file is in error.
