Kat -- the preloaded-vars.conf does not contain the configuration settings for doing unattended "Hybrid" - it needs all the appropriate "questions/answers".
JB - install.sh may also need to be updated to read 'hybrid' from preloaded-vars.conf.
USER_INSTALL_TYPE defines the installation type to
be used during install. It can only be "local",
"agent" "hybrid" or "server".
