Add GMT/UTC (time zone) of the event in the alerts based on the agent #30

Suggested by Peter Abraham, Oct. 10, 2012.

Since most abuse reports need to know the GMT/UTC (time zone) of the event, please consider including that information in the alerts based on the agent.

The timezone should be the same across the network. Plus, a lot of events do not include the timezone.

For events that do not include the timezone, we have to assign a timezone for it. Could we use the timezone of the OSSEC server in this case?

Since the only timestamp we currently use is the OSSEC server's, I'd say that should be fine.

Based on the discussion, this is not critical. Decided not to fix at this moment.
