Windows ossec-rootcheck.exe Issues #51

It's looking for Unix rootcheck files:

It lists no ports as open: OK]: The following ports are open

This is not a show-stopper for 2.7.1.

In addition, just after ossec-rootcheck is run, it creates 3 new, empty files:

ossec rootcheck-rw-rw-rw- rootcheck-rwxrwxrwx rootcheck-suid-files
