1 year ago I doubt this has anything to do with Contract Configurator. Whether it's stock or CC, these contacts tend to be based in the progress system. So without making complete in the progress system, you'll keep getting the contract. Of course, if you do complete in the progress system, you'll just start getting even more difficult contracts.
