Unable to tour the VAB for hotel investor #37

Probably similar to #36, the VAB tour requirement doesn't complete for the hotel investor. The relevant parts of KSP.log are here. (I apologize, I have a stupid amount of mods loaded.)

Also note, marking the contract as complete in the debug menu doesn't unlock the hotel contract.

Update: after driving around for a while around the back of the VAB it actually triggered.
