This adds the option to display waypoint coordinates and shows them in DMS format.

Not sure why it has marked util.cs and WaypointFlightRenderer.cs as completely changed. If you want I can close the request and try updating them again.

Actually if you're able to fix those two it would be appreciated as it makes it very difficult to review. No need to close the PR - github will automatically suck in any changes you push to your repository into this pull request.
