Why is encoding faster in latest?

Hi, When I use jrottenberg/ffmpeg, it is three times faster than other builds (eg ffmpeg:3.3.9-ubuntu2004, jrottenberg/ffmpeg:3.3).

Is there anything special in the latest tag?
