Create a presentation. #133

Use any software that you like (e.g. Keynote, Powerpoint, Prezi, Slides). Include the critiques above.

Give a 15 min presentation in class. Include the following:

Group members
Demonstration
Issue tracker stats (e.g. how many for each member, how many resolved, how many unresolved)
Unit test stats (e.g. how many for each member)
Critiques above
run the unit tests

Group presentation order will be:

Group N
Group N-1
...
Group 1

Presentation Outline Just a reminder of what the presentation should include:

  1. introduction of the members, including major responsibilities
  2. what's the site about, who's the intended consumer
  3. describe the API
  4. show the UML diagram
  5. describe the tools that were used
  6. tour of the site, including: a. About page member name member photo member bio commits per member total commits issues per member total unresolved issues total resolved issues unit tests per member total unit tests link to Apiary API link to GitHub Issue Tracker link to GitHub Repo link to GitHub Wiki link to Speaker Deck

b. navigate the site

c. search the site

d. run the unit tests

e. API page of the other group

  1. critique of the other group What did they do well? What did we learn from their website? What can they do better? What puzzles us about their website?
  2. self critique What did we do well? What did we learn? What can we do better? What puzzles us?

Practice giving the presentation in front of others outside of your group.

Time your presentation! You will have exactly 15 min.
