Account Deletion

As a user with an account, I want to be able to delete my account so that i can remove all of my information from the site .

AC:

• [x] Create a button that deletes a users information onSubmit
• [ ] create a popup window that ask if the user is sure they want to delete account yes or no
• [x] delete the users data from the database if they click yes
