Calculate the basic ARC HBR score from the HIC dataset. In this version, just use info from the first episode of the spell (ignores measurements/prescriptions from other episodes in the spell), and data from the previous year (excluding previous month)

ARC criteria still to do:

Transfusion component of prior bleeding
Chronic bleeding diatheses
Prior ischaemic stroke/ICH
Planned major non-cardiac surgery
Prior major surgery/trauma
Steroid component of NSAID/steroids (look into prednisolone and dexamethasone specifically)
