Embed git commit hash in built PDF #5

The git commit hash should be embedded in the PDF which is built using the build tool.

Comment from comparable issue in latex_scons repo:

I took a bunch of notes on this feature in the issue tracker of a predecessor project.

I think the best way to proceed is to build the PDF and then modify the keywords after-the-fact.
