How Has This Been Tested?

Description of Testing

Installed sketch on spin recovery panel, started DCS, and then move the swtiches to ensure that the IR off, norm, override; HMD brightness knob; and spin recovery switch and cover actuated properly in the sim and in the correct directions. #### Test Configuration * Firmware version: * Hardware: OH v0.2.0 * Toolchain: * SDK: DCSBios FP v0.3.9
