Investigate methods to pass variables over RS485 bus and from PC to ABSIS by extending DCS-BIOS.

Just an update on this so far my investigation of it is not looking promising and this is confirmed by the dcs-bios team. they believe it would take a rewrite of the import/export handling to accommodate it as I understand it.
