Develop and add an Discord Bot to the OH Discord Server.

Name: TBD

Features:

  1. Automate SN Registration for Premium Subscribers
  2. Monitor and announce group buys
    1. When somebody creates a group buy, ping everyone with the corrusponding region codes who has that role.
    2. FUTURE: Track status of group buys, and keep everyone subscribed to a group buy informed as to the state.
