This PR provides the stable & tested version of Ulukaii's Winwing MIP integration.
Motivation and Context
This folder provides modifications for integrating the Winwing MIP into the OpenHornet upper and lower instrument panel (UIP and LIP). It is aimed at builders who intend to do a full Winwing MIP integration, including HUD panel.

How Has This Been Tested?
Please describe the tests that you ran to verify your changes. Provide instructions so we can reproduce. Please also list any relevant details for your test configuration:
All modified parts have been assembled virtually in Fusion360. In F360, interference checks were conducted. All parts were then manufactured and measured (to account for manufacturing tolerances). After physical assembly, parts have been updated to account for tolerances. Thereafter, all parts have been remanufactured again and assembled again. Assembly is currently in use.
