UFC Main v4 - Manufacturing File Problem

Summary:

The manufacture ZIP file does not contain an outline for JLCPCB to make the board

Expected Results/How It Should Work:

ZIP file contains all the info for JLCPCB to manufacture the board

Actual Results/How It Does Work:

JLCPCB returns an error that the file has no outline and the order is cancelled.
