Convert IFEI to Nextion Enhanced Screen to eliminate HDMI based on @Ben-F111 's work post-Beta1.

Pre release note. It does require a very small cut out in the LIP uprights. (On the early build). Those that may want to use the Nextion can add this after build. I’ll try out together a document in my Guthub.
