Create drawing OH4A9A1 - ASSY, THROTTLE QUADRANT.

• [x] Add note to 96765A115 washer on outboard throttle grip to remove material so it does not interfere with pushbuttons.
• [x] Add view showing how to trim and install the springs on the RDR ELEV switch with a small bend to keep the wheel from overriding the spring.
• [ ] Pot pins of RDR ELEV after soldering and bench testing connection with RTV 732 to alleviate mechanical stress.

Install spring, then use screwdriver/allen wrench to compress it while you install the threaded insert.
